I hope everyone had a great Christmas and got some good presents. I picked my 5dmk2 up a couple of days ago and haven't got out and shot with it yet but someone who is doing some amazing stuff with theirs is Vincent Laforet, check out his blog to see what it looks like when you attach a 5dmk2 to a mini helicopter and shoot video, AMAZING!!

Welcome to the Sydney Trampoline Blog

Last night we kicked off the new sydney trampoline meetings, at the acp in paddington with uri auerbach. Uri came and shared some of his experiences from assisting in the film days to making the transition to shooting in the days of digital. All that attended were inspired and have all taken away some valuable tips and advice from Uri. Thanks Uri for taking time out to come along and share.
Next month we will focusing on Projections and hearing from a previous winner, who will be sharing insights into creating a cohesive series of images. The next trampoline meeting will be held on Wednesday the 21st January 2009, at the ACP again. You can check out the new look projections website for entry details.
If you get a chance check out this guy's blog Vincent La foret. Vincent is a new york photographer with some truly breathtaking images, plus he is right at the forefront of shooting video with the new Canon 5dmk2, you can watch a couple of movies he has made with the 5dmk2 plus hear an audio presentation from another amazing new york based celebrity photographer, platon.
